After building for 25 years and then home inspecting in southeastern Idaho for a couple of years, Craig has moved back to this area where he grew up, and where his family (kids and grandkids) now live.

His building experience includes traditional houses, timber framed homes, decks, docks, and more. Craig knows homes inside and out, so he knows what to look for – like ensuring even upgrades are done right.

He has applied this extensive experience to his work as a home inspector for Coeur d’Alene, Post Falls, Hayden Lake, Hayden, Dalton Gardens, Rathdrum, Spirit Lake, Athol, and further.

Craig uses professional reporting software, and even has a drone for difficult roofs that can’t be climbed up on.

He founded his business in 1994 on the principles of hardwork and craftsmanship, a tradition Craig Farmer Construction, LLC continues to demonstrate in each and every project today.
